As you have probably noticed, MUD 364's trail project is underway. Demolition is complete and we expect to begin staking the trail the week of November 11. We did experience a slight delay, due to additional soil testing, but should be back on track soon.

The sidewalk along Coles Crossing Drive is our first priority. We hope to have it poured and reopened before Thanksgiving.  As a reminder, the entire MUD 364 trail system remains closed until all phases of the project are complete. The rough project schedule is outlined below:

• Phase 1 (trail between Cypress Hall Drive and Coles Crossing Drive): October 1 – December 1
• Phase 2 (trail between Tylermont Drive and Monteigne Lane): October 7 – January 20
• Phase 3 (trail between Coles Crossing Drive and Latticevine Drive): October 15 – March 5
