HOA Board Election 2026

 

As we prepare for the May 2026 Board of Directors election, the Association is now accepting candidate submissions for two (2) open Board seats, each serving a three-year term. This is an excellent opportunity for residents who want to contribute to the continued success, stability, and future planning of Coles Crossing.

Serving on the Board provides a meaningful way to make a positive impact—whether through budgeting and long-term planning, improvements to amenities, architectural and landscaping oversight, or overall community policy. If you have a desire to get involved, we encourage you to consider stepping forward.

Please note:
This election is to select Board members, not officer positions. Officer roles such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary are determined by the newly elected Board at the organizational meeting held immediately after the Annual Meeting.

If you are interested in running, please submit your candidacy by emailing heathere@crest-management.com no later than January 31, 2026.
Your submission should include:

• A brief statement of interest
• A short candidate biography (background, experience, or skills you'd like the community to know)

Candidate biographies will be published in the Paperboy leading up to the election so that residents can learn more about each volunteer.
